Some of the best Americans are lifting here. There is a live stream and you can look at the on-demand of previous days lifted. I think there are international lifters lifting too but I'm not too sure.
I only watch weightlifting, but there are many other events in the Arnold's Classic like strongman, powerlifting, bodybuilding, etc. I will look around and see if there are more videos of the event. Post them here you guys find any too!

Edit: Is that seriously 85kg? Looks like 45 or something. Also, that lift would be very difficult. What's it called?
The lift is called the snatch. It is very hard. The red bumper plate is 25 kg, bar is 20kg, the metal white plate is 5kg, small metal red plate is 2.5 kg, and the collars are 2.5 kg. the small metal yellows are 1.5kg i think? the metal greens might be 1kg.
also the blue bumper is 20kg, yellow bumper is 15kg, green bumper is 10kg.
a link of american 85kg lifter Kendrick Farris, he went to 2008 olympics

I assumed the bar is 5kg and the reds are 20kg.
Snatches seem to be the only thing I see at weightlifting competitions. What else do they do?

also is the clean and jerk, i just posted a youtube link or a guy doing the clean and jerk and snatch.
Well, you all do realize that what Dim and InControl do are very different styles of lifting? Sometimes i like to think of olympic lifting, power lifting, and body building as separate disciplines that all simply involve lifting weights.
Also Dim, since i never told you my numbers yesterday, i can Clean 315, Jerk 345 (i can do more, but haven't maxed in so long ) and snatch probably only up to 245. But i can definitely snatch 225, since i've done that plenty a time before. Of course the only issue is that i'm 290 pounds, so my ratios suck T.T.

wow cool! where do you train? Do you compete? How long have you been training?
Im a beginner so my numbers are pretty low. Just my raw totals are decent since I have been lifting since hs.
I do track and field. My sweat shift said so yesterday. I hope you realize i'm that same big korean kid that you helped bring arby's up to the lecture hall at Princeton vs. Rutgers T.T. I'm on the track team here, so i need to do both olympic lifting and regular lifting. My coach doesn't have the shot putters do as much the hammer throwers though, so although i can up 315, my 215 pound teammates can put up just as much. So, lifting is semi secondary for me, since my first concern is how far i can throw. My guess is that you just train and work out at RU?
