Damn, I remember that those videos were only available on video cassette and you needed two recorders to copy them haha. Good old days. I always wanted to play like them. Being 18 now, for a 6feet asian who can barely touch the rim. I'm going to the gym on a regular base, but only cared for muscle mass. Now I need to do some vertical leap training. How long do you guys think I need to dunk like them (or lets say, to just dunk and do some tricks)?  | ||

However, nothing beats the home grown talent that is the Notic: P.S. I'm 5'10 and back in the day it took me a 8 months of rigorous training before I could even touch the rim. I was able to dunk eventually, but the training more than anything really had a tremendous effect on my agility, speed and jump shot. Literally I was just able to run past a lot of the people I used to play ball with in the park. I was just so much quicker than before they could not even keep up. | ||
