Good old days. I always wanted to play like them. Being 18 now, for a 6feet asian who can barely touch the rim. I'm going to the gym on a regular base, but only cared for muscle mass. Now I need to do some vertical leap training.
How long do you guys think I need to dunk like them (or lets say, to just dunk and do some tricks)?
