Hella/Hecka are so freakin bad, I lived in sac town for a while and it bugged me so much. Then It started rubbin off on me. The ridicule of my friends back in So cal broke that habit pretty quick though. | ||

I don't have any advice for you to stop saying "like," but you can like keep trying to remind yourself to stop saying it after everytime you say it just to register that into your head everytime you make that mistake. I'm sure your subconscious will eventually register that in and you'll be aware everytime you're about to say it. | ||
