The APM Maps on this site dont really help imo. Im a Toss player who has a range of 70-120 APM. My problem is that I CANT USE MY 0-9 WHILE PLAYING STARCRAFT. my mouse moves 2x faster than my left hand so i come to a solution.

Play Starcraft with half Mouse sensitivity!!!

USE YOUR MACRO KEYS. Stop saying you can't, and just make a conscious effort to start using them while you play. Start off only using 1-3 or try using F2 or F3 to get back to your gates. Stop selling yourself so short. Even if you play really badly with your macros the first few times get over it and just keep practicing. Instead of F5in this thread every min, you should use your F keys in games.
