Day 2 was a blast. Sadly the games did not seem as epic as today though, but still some very good ones Got up ate some continental breakfast, waited for 2 guys but they wanted to sleep in apparently and we took the 9 am bus down to time square. The doors seemed open immediately, so we walked down only be forced to walk in some congo line through this big event hall in a zig zag pattern. The gamers had much more time today to warm up for their games which was nice. Luckyfool and i managed to get some pictures before the games started (lucky has a very nice camera so the photos are going to be excellent).
The groups finished that day.
Nyoken was on fire.. had "nothing to lose" said louder, kid just seemed to blow by his 2 players today, something just lit his fire it seemed, 2-0 vs incontrol and beat Artosis to secure the next spot for louder.
Idra managed to lose a game, in a cheesy fashion (well done incontrol!)
On the other side, Lz gamer lost to G5, but managed to beat his team mate Machine to advance (this also makes him the best zerg in the usa as well) And G5 advanced smoothly as well.
The winners bracket was then played out, Idra advancing 2-0 to the finals, Lz lost 0-2 first to Idra, he was very close to winning the first game on Dest. Louder beat G5 then, and G5 beat Lz. Louder beat G5 again to secure his spot in the finals tomorrow as well as a spot to china.
After the event was over, took a cab back with incontrol/uncontrolable and Psyonic_Reaver We waited about 21 mins... or so before some of us said fuck it and went to get food.
After dinner, we all headed out to ESPN center to the VIP section on the 3rd floor, (there was an open bar too) All the games where free as well, and G5 beat Lucky and I 2-1 in air hockey.
Lucky and I had to head out early, To catch the bus back but alls well ended well that day.

The whole day was a lot of fun.... and after you left storrzerg we went back to the hotel and had a lot of fun :3
edit: Unlike you who got your name penciled in as a guest of one of the players somehow, I just walked right in when they weren't looking XD
