Our ad policy does not permit auto playing audio or auto expanding ads. To report an ad, follow these steps: 1. Right click the ad (or just below if you can't right click it) and choose "Inspect" (img) 2. In the dev tools window, scroll up so that as much of the code before the highlighted line is visible (img). Expand any collapsed lines if necessary. 3. + Show Spoiler + It leads to the following url for me http://www.return-it.ca/locations/?utm_source=Exponential&utm_medium=728x90_Expandable&utm_content=PLS_SocialOutcast&utm_campaign=2014Banners Since it rolls open each time my cursor goes over it, I must have clicked on it dozens of time trying to change page numbers in a thread.

But how do you identify a flash ad which is inserted into the code using javascript? I just don't seem to have the right tools, tracking it from the source is impossible - I can only give you that it leads to http://naturallylangkawi.my/EN/Home and that the insertion code is <div id="94480c598f" class="pagefair-acceptable"></div> edit: now I observe that it is more than one ad, all for Langkawi - i don't know if I should try to identify them all as I am not sure, what would be the useful data for you, but all show the same randlmy expanding behaviour in Chrome.

Also if you're interested to find which network it's coming from, use the F12 tools to inspect the page, it shows it after all the scripts have run so you can see all the ad code. It's usually nested quite deep inside several iframes.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find out where this is coming from, it's not listed at our main provider and Google usually doesn't include expandable ads.

Oh how dumb I am - I read some of your recent posts "screenshot alone useless" and missed the mod note "please give screenshot" ...+ Show Spoiler + ![]() The acutal flash object seems to be http://ds.serving-sys.com/BurstingRes//Site-16549/Type-2/8ae6d95d-69d0-4d62-ba03-53920ea380fd.swf

So far today, every single page I've clicked on TL has been showing this ad. Oh, it actually only expands after hovering for a few seconds. But it has jarringly loud sounds, and people like me accidentally open it when leaving the mouse cursor at the wrong place for too long.

+ Show Spoiler + ![]() It looks like a typical flash player update prompt, but the entire image is clickable, one single link (not just the buttons specifically) Here's the URL? http://ad124m.adk2.net/player.html?a=45051019&context=c45411014&size=800x600&rt=popunder&ci=10&cb=469896430&SOURCEURL=t-1720_sub-newinf_o-2_src-_pb-_lnk-58 Edit: ^ That is, the URL in the address bar of the "ad" tab, not the URL that the image/ad points to, even though when I go to it now it doesn't pull up that same page...? Edit: In Safari, if relevant

![]() It beeps quite loudly when you hover over it. The expand timing is fine (like 5 seconds, not that you'd hover for 5 seconds because it beeps and plays bad music the whole time...). This is where the ad directs to. I don't know how to get anything else :/ http://www.telus.com/en/bc/tv/?cmp=BAC2014C3RichPandaOptikAge&CMP=ad00920e
