Our ad policy does not permit auto playing audio or auto expanding ads. To report an ad, follow these steps: 1. Right click the ad (or just below if you can't right click it) and choose "Inspect" ( img) 2. In the dev tools window, scroll up so that as much of the code before the highlighted line is visible ( img). Expand any collapsed lines if necessary. 3. Link a screenshot of the ad, a description of the problem and a screenshot of the dev tools window in this thread. |

Just got an ad which blocked TL itself, unsafe page link. ?

Are you sure it was an ad? Sometimes unsafe page warnings can trigger from someone embedding an image on a thread. If you repeatedly get it, please link the page it occurs on.

I've been getting this super annoying Noah ad that automatically starts playing music on almost every page in TL.. Will try to find URL when it pops up again.

This is acceptable since it has a three second roll-over delay with a visual alert (progress bar):

Just sort of popped out at me the second I logged on to TL. I didn't even hover or anything :/

I've been seeing some weird ads, where it looks like the add is being blocked (I see elly in the background) But there is a download button hovering out in front.
And then I just tabbed into Mighty Atom's blog and got a virus threat blocked

Our ads are a little wonky at the moment. They should be straightened out next week.

There are ads everywhere now, and almost all of them feel unacceptable. Are you planing on keeping it like this or is it just an experiment?

I get "Danger : malware ahead" from chrome when opening The "Counter the image" game thread.

It means someone linked to an image on a site that had a malware infection. It's safe to ignore the warning since viewing images can't do anything nasty.
