Recently, I played a match against a dude who wanted to get the Meet the Spy achievement in Starcraft 2. In exchange he will throw the match securing me free ladder points. Feeling a tad suspicious, I prepared some zerglings, but I noticed that he meant what he said as his base is wide open. No marines, just SCVs. So I made some Overseers and made 5-6 changelings. It took soome time so we just chatted it over while we wait. After the changelings were killed off, he said thanks and threw the match right off the bat. I must say, this is even luckier than an AFK opponent. Most players would just tell the guy to fuck off and cheese the crap out of him. On the other hand, I was kinda fortunate that all he wanted was some achievements. :D

Greatest thing about this is that both parties are happy. (or so it seems...)
Most games = 1 win + 1 lose = 1 happy + 1 mad but in this case it sounds like both are happy o_O
Whatever works, games are for fun and happiness!

That's the idea. The player doesn't seem to give a damn about laddering. I think he is the custom games kinda guy.

This reminds me of when me and a friend were doing some 2v2's, and got into a really long game that got close, but we lost. I left and he stayed begging them to ask him to let him finish mining out the gold he was at to get that "10 rich mineral fields mined out" acheivement.
I later reminded him of what a nub he is, rightfully so.

Back in beta I did all the achievements like this in an FFA with a couple friends. We just teamed up on the 1-2 other players
