This game will be much more beginner friendly than that, at least in the sense that it's much easier to do combos and relatively flashy-looking things. A much stronger player is still going to utterly confuse you and completely dictate the match, probably even more so than before.

Semi's + Finals on 11th. Tonnes of gameplays and some good combos in the videos, shows quite a bit of how things fare, even if a lot of the people in the tournament are first time players, some showing quite exceptional abilities.

One button does normal attacks, mashing it will execute combos and link it to an air launch, and another button will do specials.

Yeah I might go check it out if I can find time to go to the nearest best buy and see if they have it. I won't even play MvC3 upon release but I can't wait to check out this game lol, so much potential for freaking amazing games and tournaments

I'm guessing cause TvC was wii exclusive and wii player base does not include many fighting game players. However since MvC3 will be on ps3 and 360 i see no reason not to bring it to the wii as it will add to sales with probably minimal effort.

No, there are madcatz fight sticks designed for the wii, its just that, if its on wii, it doesn't get played competitively because the online scene is nearly non existant, people weren't oging to buy the wii just to play it. I guess in the end the production put in on getting all the legalities of putting ti on a wii wouldn't relaly help for the costs they'd get back. PS: Noel Brown, Sanford Kelly, Yipes, among others are reported to having already received a copy T.T no fair.

Why isn't MvC3 coming to the Wii? Svensson: The Wii received Tatsunoko vs. Capcom as its Versus offering. We wanted development and business focus on X360/PS3 for MvC3. That's pretty much why MvC3 isn't being released for Wii. Also, I would imagine because of the difference in capabilities of the Wii to the PS3 and 360, it would probably be more effort than it'd be worth to port the game over.
