It was pretty clear we weren't going to have another angry stomping fly/refly, unblockable spit Sentinel, so that was about what I would have expected. Just like with most of the other prominent MvC2 characters returning, the MvC3 version is completely a different character in a different system, with different playstyles. Hsein-Ko seems a lot closer to Night Warriors than Vampire Savior, as VS Hsein-Ko was based on the retarded fast speed of the game. IADs and wheel/saw shenanigans all day...no more. If the knife toss hits overhead like before, it's time for more unblockable setups. Maybe she'll have an overhead toss as an assist? | ||

Believe me when I say that 100 Top tier mirror matches will look a lot more different than 100 low-tier mirror matches just because of the amount of practical options top-tiers have present. Besides, Chun-kicks are a great assist, like the new generation psy-aaa. I wouldn't switch that out for anything. | ||

Everyone here who's like "man these games look / are fun as hell but I suck at it wtfff" go look here and the page that follows has a recent intro to marvel courtesy of Mr.2537 with a little bit of basic QA. Ask any mvc2 questions you in that thread. I end up bored on campus a lot and would love to help people out that are trying to learn it lol That sentinel picture was gold before. In the context of this thread, that pic just hit double plat ahahaha TheHunksta, just to set the record straight, Wong is the guy who played Ruby Heart / Jill / Ken in a ft10 with $1000 on the line. You're complaints are not only unfounded, but they're aimed at the wrong guy =P | ||

Not sure if I said this before, but here's to Chun-Li being just as awesome but easier to use in MvC3 (She already looks like ghetto psy-aaa :D). I used to use Chun/Sent/Tron-Y in MvC2 and take advantage of people not knowing the when she hits the opponent (block or not) with her air stomp, she can call an assist again regardless if she superjumped when she stomped then crossup airdash + tron-Y. Anyway, I've learned that you can't do laser > RP > HSF in MvC3 (A friend told me, he must've seen it on the livestream or heard it from S-Kill) so that's one sent "complaint" down the drain. Magneto also can't HGT as shown before, so that's two. Storm still looks hella strong tho, Hailstorm is maaaaad powerful | ||
