Let me note: it's a stigma that, overwhelmingly, is absolutely deserved but nevertheless annoying. The two parts I was really rather worried about were the Street Fighter voice bit and the pseudo-dramatic moment at Shakuras Plateau (I think I chose well using that game as my model). It's at that point that I think I may alienate readers. But I whipped it up in about an hour and proofread it once, so I'm nevertheless rather pleased with the outcome, now that I've slept, given the circumstances of its writing. | ||
