i know this doesn't really belong here but im really curious to know how anyone can see him as worthy of having a "fan club".
For someone that doesn't like/respect him you made it to page 119 of the fanclub :O .. you are at least intrigued by him

+ Show Spoiler +Idra is not in there because of wht? bad sportsmanship or something?
I like Jinro's portrait, very nice :D

Idra don't deserve to win as others players have accomplished more, either in Korea (Jinro) or in Europe/NA (Naama, huge money from small tournments for most others players on the list), but bad "sportsmanship" sounds stupid. You are voting for best, not for nicest. And Idra is certainly better than qxc, Fenix, Dimaga or Tarson (lol). Well, anyway, Idra or not Idra, my vote would go to Jinro (winner of MLG Dallas and Ro4 in GSL3).

The reason why IdrA isn't in best non-korean 2010 list:

Nazgul statement:
On January 03 2011 19:28 Liquid`Nazgul wrote:Gosugamers: Show nested quote +IdrA signed up for the Holiday special, qualified for final 8 but then in pure calculated spite against GG.net, he showed up to let us know he was not going to play. We´re not saying he´s not a good player, or maybe even the greatest, but if you´re here to spoil the hard work that we´re putting in for free for you guys (in fact spending €500 on in addition to hard work) then you do not deserve to be on the list.
He was banned from the site as a User and was given a second chance after 2 years and that's how it went.
So he's disqualified from all considerations and its just as simple as that, please accept it and either vote on the other guys and write it off as the non-idra awards or dont, its your free choice as human beings. Bottom line there are always two sides to every story. I think it is impossible for us to know exactly what happened so we'll just have to accept that the truth is somewhere in the middle. That means, to protect your blog from becoming another shitfest, if people are going to speculate on whichever side was right about the original incident without any good reasoning they are going to be warned or banned.

Gosugamers got sand stuck in their collective Vagina again.
Actually I'm amazed they managed to make their own poll.

They haven't showed good results at all, might be a reason. Anyway I don't give the slightest shit about that poll since it's clearly a joke and shouldn't be taken seriously by anyone.

We need a IdrA fan face book that gives up up to date info on streams/events that is also linked to his twitter.

thats what the gosu gamers guy wrote: "IdrA is not included due to bad sportsmanship in our recent Holiday Special tournament. I know that question will come up eventually, so there's your answer.
Now get voting already! "
thats not a reason to exclude him from a voting for such a title. But who cares, hes way better than the people that are listed there.

IdrA sucks... no just kidding.. he is good.
+ Show Spoiler +But he is so arrogant and BM. And I dislike his fanboys aswell.

There's so many places to voice your dislike of the guy, why do it in his fanclub?

Jinro has accomplished more than Idra? Jinro has won MLG and got to the Ro 4 in GSL. Sure if you look at it as the furthest foreigner sure Jinro wins but he didn't qualify for GSL 1 or 2.
Idra has qualified for GSL 1, 2 and 3 and does respectfully in all 3 ontop of his MLG win.

Yeah, IdrA is also one of only four players to advance to the ro32 in all three GSLs (the others being big-shots like Fruity, Maka and Check). Isn't that an accomplishment itself?

Second place in HDH Invitational, first place in King of the Beta, second place in IEM: Cologne, first place in MLG: D.C., plus one of the first players to achieve Code S. Jinro was perhaps the best foreigner for the last three months of the year but overall Idra was definitely on top.
