This is going to be sorted by countries and if you like any of the following genres then you might be interested in listening to some of the bands. The genres include:
Grindcore
Deathgrind
Goregrind
Death Metal
Technical Death Metal
Old School Death Metal
Progressive Death Metal
Melodic Death Metal
Brutal Death Metal
and all the possible mixes
very rarely will I add any other style of metal, since this is dedicated to pretty much those.
Also, if you feel like it, you can check my last.fm, I am not that "Trve" and I listen to all sorts of music, but you might find something interesting http://www.last.fm/user/bor4vor
So...here goes nothing...
------------------------------------------------------------
Part I: The Beginning (Bulgaria)
Since I am a Bulgarian it pretty obvious I will start with our own extreme metal scene. The songs are in the spoilers
#1 The Revenge Project (Progressive at times/Melodic Death Metal)
+ Show Spoiler [1000 Voices] +
+ Show Spoiler [Anger To Dwell] +
Emo lyrics mostly, not gay (no homophobia intended) emo lyrics as in "my gf dumped me bawww" but "im hurt, my soul is torn apart, nobody understands me, im psychologically tortured" kind of emo...now that I said that, it is still kinda gay ^^
Their sound is a mix between later Cannibal Corpse (i.e. with Fisher) that is being interupted for a melodic chorus with clean singing for the most part.

#2 Past Redemption (Death Metal/Grindcore)
+ Show Spoiler [Betrayed] +
+ Show Spoiler [Unleashed Emptiness ] +
+ Show Spoiler [Revelation] +
They probably sing about gore and torture, i don't know, I don't care, I just head bang.
The riffs are nothing spectacular, typical death metal riff. The drums are cool, a bit louder than what you ususally hear. The vocals on the other hand range from deep growls to high pitched screams. When you mix all this you get Past Redemption, an awesome grindcore band

#3 Staro Zlo/Hatebomb (Goregrind)
+ Show Spoiler [Gruba Sila] +
Now this is a more serious band. Their lyrics are similar to those of The Berzerker i.e. they sing about misanthropy, psychosocial stuff, mental disorders and such
Their sound is not exactly something to die for, typical goregrind, but they are from my home town so I am a bit biassed. Maybe not so typical since there are not that many screams like say...Choked On Your Own Vomits, but they are from an older generation, when scream weren't "the thing" in grin music, which is okay with me, even more, I hate the overusage of screams (screamo, deathcore for the most part)

#4 Hyperborea (Death Metal)
+ Show Spoiler [Fanatic Devotion ] +
Another band that sings about serious stuff, psychology, politics and philosophy are common themes in their lyrics.
A bit technical in their riffs but not so much to actually call them Technical Death, they sound like Cannibal Corpse, the later stuff, nothing more to say.

#5 Grupa X (grindcore)
+ Show Spoiler [Zubobol] +
The funniest band out there with lyrics so dumb you head will hurt if somebody translates them into your language.
I would describe them as Bulgarian Anal Cunt, the sound is so similar for the most songs, simple riffs and screaming, then growling few words over and over again.

#6 Enthrallment (Brutal Death Metal/Grindcore)
+ Show Spoiler [Cane The Messiah With The Crook] +
+ Show Spoiler [Awaiting the Death] +
They sing about gore and torture and such. It probably doesn't have the "wow" effect you all wanted but they rock live
+ Show Spoiler +

I like how the got from just a Brutal Death band (Awaiting the Death) to an awesome brutal death band (cane the messiah with the crook). The singer experiments a lot more in the second album (Immerse Into Bloody Bliss) and I dig that, but there is one thing they did not change. They fucking LOVE blastbeats, and if you are a blastbeat junkie and/or like vocals that do all sorts of differents sounds, check this out
You can find all the band (maybe except Grupa X) on Encyclopedia Metallum

Thanks for everybody who read it through. My english probably sucked for the most part, but I'm really exhausted and it is 11 pm here.
If people like this I might continue it, if not, well, then I'll have get on with my life.
My next stop will probably be Canada or if people want another country, well, okay, I'll do it.
And if I ever miss a band that you like, it probably means that I don't find anything speacial about it or just plain don't like it.
cya, till next time, whenever that is
