I've been trying for a while to find a program that could do overlays to hide the replay bar in SC2 casting. I figured it has to be an image display program with a little bit of power behind it to resize images on the fly, hide menu bars, and allow it to be "always on top". None of these options can be found in normal commercial products because they mainly figure you're full attention will be paid to the program at hand. This makes the search very difficult if not impossible unless someone clues you in on the secret or you get very lucky at googling.
So for me, it was the former. I got clued in on the secret by Day9's computer crashing (sorry Day <3). The program in question is IrfanView. Found here
Now I must be VERY CLEAR ABOUT THIS The program is completely free for non-commercial uses, but if you make any money while it is on your screen that is a commercial use in my eyes and you owe $12 to the developer via his handy paypal. Heck, even if you don't get paid concider it an operating expense of the first tournament you host and donate anyway.
As for using the program, I'll detail that in my Ustream tutorial thread in about an hour (gotta put the baby to bed).. But its really simple to figure out. Have at it, and continue to share with the community!
<3 you all.

You could have just asked. Pretty sure everyone assumes it's public information.

I have asked, many times.

This has been known for quite a while. IrfanView is quite a nifty program toi have .

<3 Glad I'm the last to know! Anyways, now it's in my tutorial in my sig.
Hopefully some newer people will find this useful when we pass the time between the beta ending and release!

I use Irfan just for its mass rename function. It helps alleviate the pain of renaming ~3,000 frame sprites for mods/games.

I use KenRename for that purpose with my mp3s and images at work. Its very powerful but can get confusing.
