You don't know how well he was taking care of the computer, and you don't know if all of the parts are functioning properly. | ||

As FragKrag see if he'll let you run prime95 for at least an hour. Otherwise just run hwinfo32 to confirm components/temps quickly, take a quick peek in the case to see that hardware is in tact. I'd take that deal in a heartbeat. Way too cheap to be legit in my opinion. | ||

See if he is using default Intel HSF. If he isn't, you can get an extra ghz out of that Q6600 easily I think. | ||

Seems like an awesome deal and I am probably going to be needing another desktop computer in my house. This is going to be for basically everything, gaming, movies, hw, etc. I will probably be slapping a 5770 onto it, or some other GPU that is relatively cost efficient. | ||
