You clearly have to wait until it goes away. Not like you can do a happy dance and fix it.
Vaporub, sleep. Drink a bottle of cough syrup, throw up and pass out. You'll feel all messed up and another day of being sick will be over. Only your natural immune system can fix it.

Are you feeling extremely tired, even after a long session of sleep?
If so, that is a symptom of SWIIIINE FLUUUUU

That's not that bad. Wait until you hit 40 :/ Just get some rest and drink lots of water. Stuff you've been doing haha.

The best I can recommend is anything thats good fro your immune system. Sounds like your doing good so far, but in order of importance, this is what to do to keep your immune system as strong as you can:
-Eat no sugar. Sugar puts extra stress on your system thats not fighting the Virus. Many scientists say that the immune system reacts to refined sugar like it does an infection. Also, keep your teeth very clean and any cuts well kept. ANYTHING else your immune system has to do besides fight the virus is unnessicary stress, and will slow recovery.
-Keep warm. All the time. When you get out of the shower, out of bed... ALL THE TIME warm. Very important. But don't break a sweat. You never want to sweat, but pretty much be on the brink of it at all times. The reason your body runs a fever is to hamper the virus, which is probably calibrated to run at 98.6... when you're above that its bad for the bug, but acceptable for you. Just make sure you dont go above 103-104. Once you hit this its dangerous. So ya... monitor it as you have been.
-Eccinacia tea or suppliment. I've found this is the best and easiest to find. Never take it for more than 2 weeks straight, but I'd go with 2 doses a day in your condition. Also, Astragalus root. I cycle Eccinacia regulary, but I keep Astragalus on hand incase I get something nasty like Swine Flu or a real bad infection. Astragalus is the master of immune stimulants. Keep that as a reserve if you can find it. Use if you're sure this is like bad bad.
-Lots of sleep. You obviously already know this. Keep well rested but maintain a supply of fresh air. People tend to lock themselves in a room.
-Lots of water. Water will keep your mucus flowing, your head clearer. Also help you flush out the dead Virus and allow your body to function the best it can. If you havent been well hydrated and start this, youll feel better almost right away. I'd drink a glass an hour about while awake, make sure your urine runs slightly clear but not like PURE water. If youre too dark its dehydration.
- Keep your body with at least 200% of Vit C and Zinc each day while you are ill. Make sure your other vitamins and minerals are also at 100%. Dont take those BS supliments that have like 3000% of daily vitamins, this is bad for your kidneys, liver and other internal organs. I hate those things.
One time I went like 10 years without getting sick following these steps. LOL I was the best man at my Best Friends wedding last year, and spent about a week drinking, going to LA every night for a week, sleeping 3 hours a night, working in refridgerators as a Milk Man, eating junk food and got REALLY sick... right after the wedding. LOL
Anyways, I wouldn't have written all this for just anyone. <3 GL sir.
