Feel better - I agree with everyone. Sweating is good. You want to cool down that fever even though you might feel cold in the process. Take luke warm showers to cool yourself down from time to time and cool towels for your head, under your neck, back of your neck and arm pits. Wear breathable clothes - cotton is good. <3 | ||

take a nap every 3 hours where you wrap yourself up in blankets and sweat ALOT. this is how you do it. avoid cold beverages and cold draughts. to beat the fever you need to sweat, sleep, and consume fluids. | ||
