there is some similarity, which can partially attributed to the small size/ low resolution, but people saying it's jaedong dressed up as a girl are just blind

in the third picture it looks a lot like jaedong though obviously there are quite a few differences. if i had to estimate her age i'd say she's around 15.

asian genes are so nice a woman can be in her 50's and look 18 rofl

Definitely not twins. Similar facial structure, but they don't look identical. I'd bet a facial recognition program could easily tell them apart. Close enough to be siblings though.
