EDIT: Hmm, looks like audacity doesn't support ripping. Regardless, you can still rip the whole thing and then edit w/ audacity EDIT EDIT: Goldwave (another free audio editing program) successfully ripped from a wmv video, maybe it'll work w/ .mp4s | ||

anyway if you are desperate you can download procaster and then set video to really low quality while making audio look like this: and under desktop check "save video to files" which saves to my videos it's gonna be a flv. also what is the secret behind procaster's record "speakers audio" option? :s | ||
