My allergies are not extreme, the form of the reaction is just phlegm in my throat that I have to spit up, but it is a lot of it, and it is annoying.
Foods I know I have at least a small allergic reaction to:
Anything with chemicals. Pretty much any liquid that is processed and contains water.
Foods I have a fairly large allergic reaction to(lots of mucus):
Anything with gluten (grains) Fluoride toothpaste (even if I think I didn't swallow any I still have a reaction) Dairy Nuts Sugar/Honey
Foods I don't seem to have an allergic reaction to:
Vegetables Most fruit Meat
now, I don't buy meat, so for the most part I have found myself eating only vegetables and fruit these days. I eat so much vegetables, it would blow your mind.
does anyone else here deal with this crap? I actually never had these phlegmy reactions until I started eating healthier(last year or so), which is funny. But I think in the long run this is probably much healthier for my body.

i dont have any phlegmy allergies like yours, but my throat gets really really uncomfortable (feels like its shriveled/dried up) when I eat peanuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, and filberts. So I don't eat them. That's about it. It sucks when someone made cookies, but then they put walnuts or peanutbutter in it, cuz then I can't eat it.

what about these: seafood, chicken, duck, pork, lamb, ??
allergic to glutten?? that sounds harsh

Acupressure might be the answer.
Look for this book: The Food Allergy Cure. I had a wide array of bizarre food allergies until I tried it in desperation, and it worked.
A magnesium deficiency could also be a contributing factor. You could try 400 mg elemental magnesium for a month and see what happens.

I don't have any food allergies, but I have a limited diet. For two months, a few summers ago, all I could "eat" was a drink called "Peptamen". I basically had 8-12 cans a day(forget exactly) and any water/juice I felt like having.
