I made this post to discuss the topic of nerves. I find that when i workout on my own I'm so much more efficient and powerful (though i'm realy not... i'm 5'7, 135 LBs lol), however, when i do PT Tests with my unit(Physical fitness workouts), i just get a really frayed feeling, like i start becoming naucious and i can't perform nearly as well.
I guess my question is.. How do I, if at all, calm these nerves down to where i can perform at a higher level... because i wont be able to use this excuse is basic training when im running 10 miles.
