In all honesty, it is good to set priorities. If you want to be good at your studies, then invest the time. If it leads to a life, if it makes you a person that you want, then be willing to sacrifice what you are for what you will become. + Show Spoiler +This is from Eric Thomas - How bad do you want it. So far I found it to be true.

Make a schedule. Doing so will cut down on wasted time allowing you much more time to be productive.

It is definitely a case of priorities. I used to be a progamer for Street Fighter 3: Third Strike when I was in college. I played 40+ hours a week and traveled EVERY weekend to go to tournaments and play and train. I was also a full time student. I always felt like I had enough time for both of these things, as I devoted 40+ hours a week to both of these things without feeling like I was lacking in either.
At the same time, I noticed other people around me dropping out of college to achieve the same schedule. And I realized that there were trying to squeeze more than just these two things into their lives. Whether it was partying or women... it all added up to too much to do in too little time.
Throughout my life I have noticed this trend that in my life, I have enough time for any two things that are really important to me. When I was younger, it was college + street fighter. Now as an adult, it is work + fencing. I know if I tried to cram more into my days... that something would have to give. There is simply not enough time for too many simultaneous serious endeavors.
This makes it a case of sacrifice. I must understand in my own mind what the most important things are to me and I must consciously choose to pursue those over other things. For you, I believe that if you truly want to do both school and stream - you can! You just need to make those two things the priority over partying or whatever else is taking up your time besides those two activities. If any other activity is more important than the streaming... then I am confident you will make the right choice for your personal success and happiness.
Good luck!
