im now choking down my morning "shake", which is actually just a fruit juice blend, with 3 emptied raw egg yolks(yes i physicall empty them), 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and about 1/3 cup of sugar. mmmmmm it tastes gross. woah and apparently it triggered a 2nd dump, brb

took a whole food multivitamin, then did 10 slow bodyweight squats with the best form i could muster, and then the following dynamic stretches:
20 neck circles each way
20 shoulder circles each way
20 hip circles each way
20 ankle circles each way
1x20 arm swings
2x9 knee raise
2x9 leg raise
1x20 arm cross front/back
2x9 quad squeeze
2x9 back kick
2x16 trunk twists
2x16 side bends
2x9 side leg raise
2 x hip stretch 30 seconds
technically im still in the process of doing these. meanwhile im listening to over and over
