Foreigners dont get as much exposure to extremely exacting gameplay. These koreans see opening and they are just ready to jump at it every time. It is funny how many times ive blown games vs 55% win rate koreans who when behind take one super well executed opportunity and end up winning on a push + simultaneous drop or something. gawd:d

Would top foreigners get better by playing with koreans on iccup if TSL wasn't giving them an incentive not to? Also, are the koreans high up actually better than e.g. Mondragon and Draco, or are they just better practiced/more active?

If you look at the ICCUP Who is who thread you will notice that almost all the koreans that are above mondragon are actually progamers which make it into osl/msl.

Boy was I wrong, the B- Koreans have really really solid mechanics, their macro alone would completely steamroll me, which has yet to happen a single time vs a foreigner (Not that I've played anyone really good though, but still!). Koreans are just really really good, I guess that's my point !
