After a long brake we are proud to relaunch the infected Cup series. This time we are not going to play Quake Live, like we did it in the last series some months ago, but Starcraft 2! The idea behind the series is pretty simple: every Saturday either a 1vs1 or 2vs2 cup takes place, where the winner wins over 10€. Depending on the success of the series the prize pool can increase. "Shut up and let me play!" - Ok, enough of talk. Here are the most important information: infected SC2 Cup series 1on1 Beta-cup Date: October, 26th 2013 at 15:00h CEST Sign-ups open till: October 26th 2013 at 14:50h CEST on our Forums (click here) Check-In: Between 14:50h and 14:59h through IRC Map pool: Frost LE, Bel'shir Vestige LE, Yeonsu LE, Polar Night LE, Akilon Wastes, Derelict Watcher LE, Whirlwind LE Mode: 1vs1, Single elimination bracket in Best of 1, from quarter-finals on: Best of 3, Grand Final: Best of 5 Prize pool: none (due to beta) Admins: Zairith, Th0rn You can read further rules here. How to sign up? It's simple! For every cup there is a forum thread. You just need to create an account on our website http://infected-gaming.com/news and for every cup we publish the thread where you just post your SC2 Battle.net ID. It's explained once again there. Spread the word to get more fun into this competition and follow us on Facebook to be updated about every cup! Good luck to all participants. Man please stop. I was top125 last season. And 180's only coz playing on topML account, and I will be on 120+ to the end of this season.
Stop kidding me.

i bet this guy is like the majority of russians on ladder. insanely bm and they believe they own the world, thats why he thinks he deserves salary while 10x better koreans don't get paid. you can already see it from his hostile response.

Being 120GM is better then 180's but still not enough to get a salary. If you are top 100GM on the KR sever, its a maybe. If you are top 100 GM on NA or EU there is a very low chance to get salary. And it is even worse on SEA server. Finding a team based on GM ranking and requiring salary is very hard/impossible if you are sub top 16 GM.
This is no joke. This is real life.

I think you all in GML guys. More advices please. I really appreciate your advice.
NO.
By the way - top120 GM.

Last time I'm going to respond to this topic, since I feel it is getting off topic and harder for Managers and other team leads to get the player they are looking for.

You have been given advice from 2 very good teams managers. The type of people you would be wanting to be nice to. We are in no way in GML but we have both managed top players in NA/EU and have the ability to recruit more. With the way you have acted on these last 2 pages I would be very surprised if someone does pick you up.
I wish you luck in reaching your goals and hope you take my advice, which I posted here.

Hello, I'm a 18yo Random player from Germany looking for some clan or community to join. Before you conclude that I'm one of these asshats that just cheese while their oponents dont know their race, I want to tell you that I always announce my race and I mostly play macro. In some matchups I like all ins, though.
I don't look for some prestigious name or anything - just a group of players with every race and preferably High Masters/GMs, since I want to improve. If you demand ladder results or some shit, then I am not the right player for you. I think of ladder as a practise environment and I will oftentimes leave senseless games due to not wanting to spend time playing them out.
As I said, all I am looking for really is just mates for productive customs. I might hop into stuff like clanwars if the atmosphere is enjoyable, though. My dream-clan wouldnt have me in top 5, though, so I would not be qualified for that. : D
Last season 1.9k Master, I guess that's what people call MidMaster. I think I have potential to reach HighMasters in most Matchups quite quickly. If there's any questions left feel free to skype me.
ID: Newbton.858 Server: EU, but any server would work Race: all three League: MidMasters Age: 18 Languages: German, English
skype: newnewton1994
http://eu.battle.net/sc2/en/profile/509240/1/Newbton/ The Clantag is just due to a project I work for. It is not an actual clan.

Looking for a very competitive team that has a strong team organization. Very active and has scheduled practices. Team leagues and clan wars are always a bonus. Recently graduated college so i am able to play Sc2 full time for the first time in my life. I tend to stream a lot almost every time i am on ladder. Really looking for a solid team that i can help improve and contribute to their success as a team and organization. Working on becoming a content creator to help out the lower leagues with my streaming and maybe guides or something. Still working on that part.
Best way to get a hold on me is a PM.

There's no way in hell that any team manger in his right mind would sign you after seeing the way you act.

Plat (dropped from mid masters in the last 2 seasons) terran that is looking for an active team, that preferably uses something like team speak to communicate. I am mostly looking for a fun community so that starcraft 2 can be a social thing for me again. Being competitive and getting back to high masters is something I can do on my own through ladder, but its hard to play starcraft when it feels like a ghost town.
pm me here

MetalStorm.892
Greetings!! I am Metalstorm, 21 years old, masters Protoss hailing from USA. Recently my old team disbanded, unfortunately right as I am reaching my peak as a player. Which brings me here, looking for a new team, hopefully with players much better than me so I can improve.
I have been busy lately with school, but I spend much of my free time playing SC2. I recently climbed back to masters after being demoted to diamond in the new season, and right now I think I need better practice then the ladder can offer me, which is why I am posting this. So, if you are interested, send me a PM or contact me on SC2 =)

CRMORSE.818
Hello all, Morse here formally from Infinity Gaming. For over two years I helped mold and shape Inf into the global community it is today. I started off as a standard member and through my hard work and dedication I made it to the top and oh the woes of leadership. Recently the stresses of leadership combined with the drama caused by some other leaders has destroyed the passion I had for a team I once would have bled for. So here I am humbly looking for a new eSports home. Below is what I'd like to call my e-sports resume'. I'm looking forward to hearing from some folks soon.
Game information: North American server, currently Bronze with a career high of Gold, Terran (Due to my leadership positions I have never been able to fully devote myself to playing. With my new free agent status I plan on really trying my best to rank up.)
Event skills: I have successfully ran over 150 tournaments through Z33K and single handeldy launched both the IGTL and the Sunday Mass. I have proven myself to be a competent caster and an observer for casters. I have basic web maintenance skills and intermediate graphic design skills. I also am very proficient with IPB and PHP forums. I am also familiar with the ins and outs of Reddit and Liqupedia.
Leadership skills: I have proven time and time again I have what it takes to lead a team or community in the right direction. I have a knack for getting the most out of people and the patience needed to help develop future leaders.
Marketing skills: I personally set up Infinity's long standing partnership with Z33K and assisted finalizing their GGTracker sponsorship. I have also been managing these relationships until my departure this month. I have experience in managing Facebook pages and YouTube Channels in addition to Twitch administration. I work in sales IRL and am sure if I could focus on that with a good product to sell (IE: A credible team with premier or at least semi-pro players) that landing or managing existing sponsorship would not only be easy but second nature for me.
So there you have it. I am currently considering all invitations from clan's and teams big and small. I would ideally like to serve as a support for an administrator or a team Captain and would not be interested in "running the show" at this time.
- CRMORSE1984@yahoo.com
PS, I'm free and usually on most nights and weekends.
