I also hope there's some sort of indexing system for the YouTube videos for the 2010 through 2012 seasons. It all sounds great, but we're talking about hundreds and hundreds of VODs... I hope they really will put ALL of the 2010-2012 VODs on YouTube, including Code A, U&D, the side tournaments (like AoL, etc). I have been catching up on 2011 GSL seasons I missed and was halfway through the 2011 October U&D. Now the videos are gone, replaced with a "this video will be on YouTube soon" message.

I guess that it will be much cheaper to get the heavy lifting done by twitch. I've been worried about GOM's future for a while, this may not be the best news in the world but it's not the worst either. After all, we will get more GOM tournaments with GOM production and casting and that is most important for me.

Though they did remedy this with their own in-house streaming system, which seemed to work fine. Twitch would get them more exposure though.

GOM sucked ass (I don't know, I think i reinstalled the player more than all windows versions since 1992). Twitch suck MAJOR ass, stop support for SmartTV (rlly, upgrading to newer flash supported means is quicker? ha); "Loading channel data" and that's it; multitwitch.tv stopped working on TV as well - countless problems. And stream freezes *always* on the most storm, or nuke, or 50 roaches, or something. Funny I don't recall such lags on Broodwar days. The technology, I suppose. Or maybe sockets changed drastically in the new mobile world.

Maybe any news regarding them shutting down VODs? Flash Player, every driver works great on other sites, just GOMTV ones are blank (also checked their website no info regarding immediate shutting down VODs) - only World of Tanks works, but that doesn't cut it.
