I can watch many streams in Source quality before only High was possible and that even i had to lower from time to time to medium Yeah for a long time I was able to watch only in low quality. But lately I was shocked when I was watching DH, IEM and my player loaded on "source" quality and I there was no lag.

..on their fancy site they say they work from "Gangnam Studio". Is that a name given before or after the gangnam style hit went viral? :D

Twitch used to be awful in Europe for few months early fall, but it seems to have gotten better now (atleast for me, source works again vs 360p lagging constantly). You can view the VODs spoiler free from the WCS portal so it's not as bad as many here say. Can't remember if you see the purple time bar there too, but that's easily fixed if the proper people get notified of the problem.

Go to http://www.gomexp.com/en/ scroll down to the leagues and check GSL. There are four streams listed for the korean viewers, so I guess they'll be ok.

I just don't want to pay for something that will stutter on high or source or watch on medium which will probably be pixelated as hell. Monopoly is just a bad thing, now everything has to be on twitch, and their service is not really top notch. It is even worse when they condition some chats to be available only if you have Facebook account etc. I just don't support that and hope at least Youtube will get more popular for streaming because Dailymotion simply isn't strong enough competitor.

If everyone who watched the VODs in 2013 buy a ticket for 2014, GOM will be rich. Somehow I don't see this happening with the current prices... They list some streaming services in the new site, among others Afreeca (see the post above your original). I get the impression those are to stay, since they are still listed. I hope this is the case as I share your fears how twitch only might go in Korea. From gomtv.net comments some said twitch is unwatchable in Korea. Don't know if that's just opinion of the few, but from this thread alone you can see Australia seems to get the short end of the stick on this switch. So it's not unrealistic to think Korea might not have enough servers either. That'd suck big time for the Korean scene.
