There is no good ADC that stream with commentary, because either A)they don't play ADC that often in yolo queue B)if they're playing ADC, they don't commentate on anything useful, because all the lane specific stuff is pretty automated for them, so it'd be like them describing when they're breathing.
The only ADC's that I know that stream, and usually play ADC's in solo queue, is like SneakyCastro, DL, Destiny, and Saint (he's been playing a lot of ADC's).

Virtually no other pro team plays or prioritizes Kassadin as a high pick/ban unless they're playing against Fnatic. Was used in Chinese LoL throughout season 2 and 3 I believe. Then again Chinese mids seem to be able to play a lot of mids to a reasonably decent degree, massive champ pools.

Just went through LPL Spring games week 7-10. Kassadin was banned 10 times, only against Royal. He was picked twice, once by Royal (loss) and once by iG (win).

So yeah, looks like it's a staple of Royal.

Still, Kassadin only being banned against Royal suggests to me that pros in China view it as a respect ban, not an OP ban, which makes sense since Whitezz was known for his Kassadin back in the day.
Plus the fact that at Worlds, even after Fnatic showed the power of xPeke's Kassadin, I don't really remember any team picking up Kassadin. Even post-worlds, Kassadin still remained an relatively unpopular pick compared to Jax, Corki, Renekton. I'm not going to contest that he's a strong solo queue pick, but he's definitely not OP at the highest level except in the hands of xPeke.

I would say it has lot do with # of teams who run position 1 mids is limited. Is there a korean team that does that? Any NA teams that do that? EU is the only region that seems to run position 1 mids, and each of them have their own champion variation in terms of who they like to do with it. I'd say it's more of "not enough pro-level play" to be determined.

I'd say it's more of "not enough pro-level play" to be determined. I guess, but at what point does a playstyle/champ preference go from being "too unique" to being "not good enough to be adopted by most teams?" In other words, just because pro player X or pro team A is really good at using champion Y, does not mean said champion is OP. Especially if virtually no other pro player or team places that much importance on that champion.
On top of that, many teams in all the regions have extremely strong mid laners who can easily play the first position carry and often do. SKT T1 K for example. Although Faker doesn't play the first position carry every game now, he still does from time to time and Kassadin isn't a staple Faker pick (as opposed to LB, Zed, Ahri, Riven, etc...), though I don't doubt that he can dominate with it. Even when SKT T1 K did play Faker as the first position carry virtually every game in OGN Summer and earlier, I don't really recall much Kassadin play out of him.

It's a matter of what people are comfortable with though, and back when Faker was 1st position, that was when it was Jayce, Kha ziks, etc. bullshit. Was there really any room for Kassidan? Personally I think Kassidan is one of those picks that require too much of your team to adapt to bother working with, probably something you could pull off to compensate for poor ADC (like puszu [even though i thought he played his heart out in worlds, and gave valiant effort, 10/10, one of fav players from worlds]). Otherwise, you could play other stuff, that's easier to pull off and just as effective.

Faker probably doesnt play Kass because he cant run his disrespect runes.

I think he's a very powerful pick but requires significant time devoted towards practicing Kassadin and playing with him, but also isn't so strong that teams essentially are forced to learn him the way pre-nerf TF, Jayce, Zed, Ahri, etc... demanded, otherwise we'd be seeing a ton more Kassadin.

Speaking of Twitch, where's the little rat gone off to in the meta? With all this tankiness going around lately you'd think the rat would be a pretty good choice, though Vayne's true damage is probably better than the rat at the moment too.

To be fair, Turtle does some pretty troll plays and builds that only work because he's Turtle.
