We users and staff members of other areas are the ones that are allowed to have such feelings as proudness. You banlings are here purely to ban and linger around until your next ban. Banlings - Metapod
Other staff members - Other Pokemon
Moderators - Butterfree
Admins - Mewtwo

As you can tell, you are the useless hardening Metapod that only Tackle and String Shot when they feel like it.

String Shot - Warning
Tackle - Bans of various damage.
