Even the biggest Protoss man must agree turtling and all ins don't make for great games.
A well executed all in can be pleasant to watch, but a back and forth game is of course the most entertaining. Unfortunately the protoss mechanics simply weren't designed that way..

And here we come to the design problem for Protoss. I don't know if it's a balance problem, but it sure is a problem when it comes to viewer satisfaction. I don't like the turtle/all-in style of gameplay. I think the problem is too weak midgame zealot/stalker/sentry's and too strong colossi/templar. Airplay looks pretty dead vs Terran, which is boring as well.
