I wonder how he slows his fall at the end. I mean, does he open his parachute at 1200kph??? It seems to be a violent and dangerous deceleration, i guess he has some way to reduce his speed asap. I don't know how btw.

I'm assuming he will slow down naturally due to wind resistance. He won't get to terminal velocity but he will get pretty close back to it.
I'm not a physics nerd, but I believe he will actually have a higher terminal velocity at the height he is due to the air being thinner.

The thicker atmosphere will slow him down the further he falls, there is such thing as terminal velocity and at lower atmospheric pressure the speed at which a human can fall is greater because there is less air resistance.
So to answer your question, he will slow down when the air gets "thicker" also at that point he can make himself larger by (laying flat, extending arms and legs).

terminal velocity of a human at normal parachute heights can reach speeds up to 210mph, he plans to exceed 1150km/h
Terminal velocity is when the gravity force upon an object is equal to that of the wind resistance.

Damn yeah of course. He just have to increase his body's friction to thicker air.
I was just thinking that air's resistance would slow his acceleration, but he can also reduce his speed with laying or use some kind of wings between legs and arms. I just didn't think enough
