doesn't feel the same
it is more similar if someone outplays the person 90% of the game but still loses the game at the end
games = sets in tennis
bo3 games is like bo3 sets

What an unlucky draw for tomorrow. 3 mirror matchups and a teamkill :/

Okay that's a wrap for me, see you all tomorrow!

Hoping for: Mana SortOf Hero TheSTC
Expecting: MC Moon Taeja ForGG
So its not looking good.

If Taeja plays anything like he has been recently he is by far the favorite to win this.

And thanks to the mirror matchups it will continue to look good in the semi finals.

TheSTC>ForGG Moon>SortOf MC>MaNa TaeJa>HerO (though I hope I'm wrong)
Seems like some fairly easy choices. Personally I'd like to see SortOf and HerO go through over their opponents, though.

Same, pretty much. Although I expect STC to take out Forgg as well.
Hoping that Mana will somehow knock MC out in a PvP. I can't see anyone else stopping MC if Mana doesn't. =/

Then, it is that person's fault for playing that 10% when it counts the most. Who is better "overall" doesn't matter. They are not trying to get higher world ranking. They are there to win this particular event.

Damn liquid teamkill :/
Predictions for today went pretty well so let's continue that!
MC > Mana Moon > SortOf TaeJa > Hero TheStC > ForGG
MC > Moon TaeJa > TheStC
MC > TaeJa (hoping for TaeJa though!!) Moon > TheStC 3rd place
|
Taeja is gonna get destroyed by MC...look at how close his series against Mana was. He's been overhyped to no end recently, actually i believe he's more overrated than Symbol(being in Team Liquid helps a lot i think).

The only thing that I wouldn't mind going differently is if MC and Taeja meets in the finals, I would love to see how they matchup now after all the Taeja hype. Other than that I really wouldn't like to see Taeja get through Hero.

When playing online, the amount of hype hes getting is probably justified, the man singlehandedly carries Liquid in Teamleagues and is generally an online juggernaut.
Personally I hate those kinds of players, players that constantly win really kill any sort of anticipation I might have for a match, but seriously TaeJa's hype is pretty deserved given his online results.

I still think HerO's the only player at this tournament who can stop Taeja in his recent form. Because he knows Taeja better than anyone else.

MaNa Moon Taeja ForGG
PLEASE :/
i think MC-Moon-Taeja-TheStc is more likely^^
