2012 is obviously not going to be his year, he's going through a trial right now, if he comes through it I highly doubt there will be anything more difficult he ever has to face in his progaming career, the best thing to do as fans at this point is continue to support him regardless. It's not like he's suddenly forgot how to play Starcraft or how to train, he was on a Korean team for fuck knows how long.

Yes, but if I remember correctly in one of the interviews he stated that EG Lair is not best place to practice which makes sense considering where JYP, Puma, and Huk train. The problem is that people are upset because to succeed, Idra would have to disappear and train like in CJ house which is impossible because of the sponsor exposure he needs to do during tournaments. It is a tough period for fans and there is no need to bash people who are disappointed. I root for Poland and Spain in soccer since I was a kid. Poland always disappoints and Spain was weak back then. There is nothing wrong to criticize their play which people do here with IdrA (not the revoke fanclub membership ones) because I'm sure 80% of the fans who show disappointment are cheering for IdrA no matter what. Some people are simply more vocal than the others and while some simply absorb the disappointment, other people simply deal with it by expressing it on forums. There are some people here who wanna do American politics and separate people into IdrA maniacs and IdrA haters rather than be together as IdrA fans. Hopefully Whole can manage the situation and more people will find it comfortable to express their opinion here without fear of being called a hater and being bashed for it.

The series vs hasu was a let down, as for the series vs sleep, there wasn't exactly bad mistakes, more like strategical loss. Overall, i'd say it was somewhat disappointing, but not depressing as some of you are making it. I think IdrA understands entirely what he did and how he can do better, and I really do look forward to next tournament, rather than praying for some turnaround which some of us have been doing earlier this year. this is all just due to how much we know greg is capable of. fans of Tod, Socke, Real, Darkforce, TLO, Mana, Sheth and NightEnd had to face these players knocked out in the first round, but rage and frustration and tears is witnessed here only. IdrA fighting!

Lol I fell for that. I don't know Chris Bizzell but they usually draw like people who already quit SC2 and moved to LoL or some stuff, it makes me upsetting.

Jesus Christ people, if you didn't win it doesn't mean you have to take away from the fun of others. Deal with it. Like half the comments there are in that vein, it's just so annoying. I mean the comments on the contest's page, on steelseries' facebook

It goes both ways. It doesn't all have to be loveydovey, lord knows Greg isn't, but seriously, some people.. Then again, I'm choosing to take it as a good thing. Ah back to the good old days where every tournament made this thread unreadable for 2 weeks.. eh wait.. I didn't like the old days.. ehm.. I'm going to look at a pic of Hobbes now..

I don't do fair weather ^_^ There were plenty of positives to take from HSC, especially because I was at the British GP over the weekend, so I didn't see him lose...
