the oracles mineral harassment ability is too easy to use so why not divide the mana cost by 8 and make it so that you have to click on each mineral to "de mine" them.
tempest range must go down and my first bid is 12.

I guess I'm going against the flow when I thought that the terran units were really cool. Sure, they're not flashy spellcasters or super cute units or anything, but they will (or are at least intended to) add viability to completely different ways to play each match up.

Still early beta but:
I am kinda worried about MMM in TvP. The current idea of the match up is that Terrans got an advantage in the midgame so that they can get ahead and won't get crushed by Protoss in the lategame... With the mothership core defending will be much easier for protoss. It also makes Protoss easier to play as well cause you can retreat easily (which helps for sniping bases) while it becomes even harder to snipe a Protoss base... so I fear that Blizzard don't just add Mech as an option for TvP but rather force it instead of MMM... (This might be fixed by buffed/cheaper ghosts and vikings I guess... it would also help the option to go for early ghosts or skyterran and general lategame.)
I wonder why they don't just give the Carrier that range... The Tempest feels kinda boring and they basically force the enemy to go for air units cause else the Tempests stands somewhere in the corner and shoots at the mineral line without any unit beeing able to reach it. That range seems more realistic on a Carrier to me and the enemy could atleast defend by shooting down the interceptors till they got airunits to respond to the Carriers.
After all I like that they seem to buff the Skyprotoss option with the new units and the Mothership core, add a new caster to Zerg, buff Ultralisks (which looks overpowered right now) and give them a new unit to harm a turtling player.

Is it just more or are the mines kinda useless if you can just seperate all the units with the mines on them, shame I really want them to bring back spider mines, but so far I dont see a use for these mines in high level play.

Terran spider mines and warhounds are REALLY REALLY good against protoss. They destroy protoss so fast its ridiculous. Battle helions are actually tanky and useful in battles too and are actually useful in a battle. On the other hand, going mech completely limits anti-air (except spider mines) which is probably a play that protoss will have to do to survive.
On the other hand, zerg I felt got almost nothing. Everything zerg gets is really late game and has very little influence early. I feel that zerg is already on the "defend" and get eco advantage track and the fact that there are so many new units zerg has to defend against while having nothing extra to defend will be painful. Everything zerg gets is infestation pit and after.
Protoss I played with the least. I played mainly TvP today as I was playing with a GM protoss many games and I didn't feel like playing PvP (I main protoss). Protoss seems a lot more complicated now due to the many spells they have to constantly cast (mothership core has 3, chrono boost, new early game spellcaster). The tempest looks ridiculous but it may be one of those "im winning so i get" units and doesn't affect early game much.
After playing, I feel T is definitely OP after this, if not OP probably OP against protoss.

Does anyone know how much those "widow mines" things cost and how fast they build? Was is worth it to kill 2 queens with 2 mines?

As a protoss player I definitely approve of this change - with protoss you have to rely on your deathball so very often without anything to do...ever. To me this was the most frustrating thing to macro your heart out and never have anything to do besides. Now it seems that with constant oracle-harass and mothership-spells you can finally outmultitask your opponent. Because the oracle will probably be not worth its money if you don't constantly use its abilities.

What worries me about TvZ mech is anti-air. You will have to go thor heavy again...
