If its in the main game that is yet another step in the wrong direction that blizzard has been making in all of their games.

Everyone asking about the thor, they must have left it in. The warhound isn't anti air anymore (maybe anti mech air, I don't know how the missiles work), so it's not able to fill in the thor's role. If they did take it out, Terran is beyond screwed in HotS.

This is exactly what I was about to post. Feels like a step in the absolute wrong direction to me, maybe if this was available in single player I wouldn't have such a gripe with it.

Overall i'm very disappointed, they have worked for so long since the first look of the units and everything still seems wonky as shit. And why did they change the look of the locust, they look awful now... Aerial siege unit that encourages the continued production and destruction of observers... is that a bad thing? It's somewhat boring without the AoE, I agree, but it's not like they don't have maybe half a year to continue to change things. Beta is beta, and I think everyone would do well to remember that. Constructive criticism, not just "OMG PROTOSS SO BROKEN WTF BLIZZ TEMPST R 2 OP!!!!!111!"

No (828) Yes (537) 1365 total votes Your vote: Do you like it? I personally don't like it very much. It makes it a LOT easier to know when to transfer workers to a new base, but on the other hand that's exactly what a skilled player should check all the time, spent some APM on it etc, It makes quite a difference if your saturation is perfect or your base is over/under saturated. Now EVERYONE would have a perfect saturation in every base. No box workers=no skill. But seriously, something completely missed in SC2 over BW was you physically could not do everything at once. There was so much happening that you had to balance your choices into your strategy. That's strategic depth. Simplification is not impressive. I'm sure a lot more players will get out of platinum because of it but the easier you make a game, the less interesting it is to watch.

Everyone is freaking complaining about this and that, the Battle Report has shown us many new strategies, and everyone should be excited about this. 22 range tempest is NOT AS BAD AS EVERYONE says, watch the freaking video. Sieging swarm hosts from afar, harassing with its range only to be countered by other things such as the viper, its amazing.
