Atm the current state of hacker devs, Are able to avoid "warden" (anti cheat program by blizzard) And blizzard has not had a full reverse engi team to combat the adv hacks that are being created by people who in all honestly are some of the top coders in the world.
Blizzard is still hiring people for the job to combat hackers...they been looking for sometime. Don't think you guys understand how hard it is to find someone able to defeat advanced coders and how expensive it is...only few people in the world really have the skill to do such things. Which is why blizzard trys to hit these coders/hackers with lawsuits rather then try to detect their hacks. its to expesnive to keep doing it with out making nay progresss.
Everytime Warden is updated...the hacker updates his project to avoid detection. Blizzard legaly and moraly can't just ban someone based on player say so. Yes player reports do help them out....but its very very hard to manage and decide if the person is hacking. Just some fyi.....Blizzard does not have a magical team of people who can make all hackers banned lol. From the Battle.net terms of use: 7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION/CANCELATION. BLIZZARD MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE ACCOUNTS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/about/termsofuse.htmlSo yes, they can legally ban you because some player said so. Stop talking out of your ass. Which law school did you go to again? It's not quite that simple, but in principle, you're right. It actually is quite that simple. You're using their service, and if they don't want you to use their service anymore, they remove you. If you want to make comments like, "Which law school did you go to again?" then make your credibility known. If you have none, then shut the fuck up. Well, I agreed with you, and you didn't answer the question, and no I'm not going to say where I went to school. And I do know what I'm talking about. Don't tell me to "shut the fuck up".
If your not going to say/prove which law school you went to, you have no right to ask others. Try to be more polite.
OT: Now hes banned, he will just get another account and do it again i assume?

Like i said. You haven't answered anything. Put up or shut up.You're also the one that told me to "shut the fuck up" so, when you tell me to be more polite, my response is, go fuck yourself.

i am just glad Blizzard caught up on this issue and crossed him off

If people send replays of him hacking, maybe Blizzard will ban his account before he gets to play. Unlikely, but that would make things interesting.

Good on them. I know they had some plan to ban people in waves, so I was afraid they might not get around to fixing this issue.

I think no one knows how it works. Blizzard decides in secret(?) Ya sorry I have no idea. I've been looking all over Battle.net and I'm only seeing the Playhem/Beyond Gaming qualifiers.

maybe this will teach blizz to implement better antihack systems

It's not worth their money to invest into better technology when their Warden prevents 99% of the player population from hacking. From a business standpoint that's 100% perfect.
