When MorroW started playing BW he always uploaded replays that he won on gosugamers.net(he was REAAAAAAALLY young and new to the game), i didnt like that so we didnt get along for a long time, now i love him. wtf man i was stone hard so much so now alot of progamers realized that was really cool (lol) and most progamers upload replay packs of themselves and says its for the fans. hahaha sidenote, i never knew tt1 as a hacker, just his 3nexus on 1gate abuse when i was attempting to learn the flash build for the 1000th time. he told me i played too predictable, i told him this is how i should play to become good. good times :D : D holy shit thats wat i told demuslim like last week after i double expoed ROFL

And who had the most potential to be the best foreigner ever if he went to korea and trained? check out this thread if you want to know possible candidates for the real oldschool era (up until '05): http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=23538 some of the people in question (such as Naz, Testie) are arguing on the topic as well as others who know what they are talking about (like Drone). this quote from fisheye might also be interesting concerning Slayer: On July 11 2008 00:31 FiSheYe wrote: Hey there, I stopped reading after page 7 but I just wanted to throw in a little. To me Slayer was always the best. When I started Starcraft he used to be my idol and when I played with him he opened my eyes for new strategies and creativity. Not only do I have the same name but I also think he has somewhat an very similar approach. Unfortunately I think he has more talent than I do, be it Starcraft or Poker. He was never the person to play the most but he was always one of the great inventors in strategies within Starcraft. He used Strategies long before Replays were available and years later people copied his style. I think due to the long hours I put in Starcraft I was able to spot real talent in a very accurate fashion. I once played Gamei vs Iloveoov when he used to be a Zerg player and I thought to myself that he will be an upcoming star. I had that feeling maybe around 10 times total and all of them became world wide top players either within months or years after I discovered them. Nontheless Slayer struck me as a one in a million talent. Some people are just special and I don't know about his qualities besides Starcraft and Poker but when it comes to these games hands down, he is amazing. There is just a certain approach some people have, that makes them different, they see behind the mechanics and find their own way how to play the game. When there is no further information available, those people will be on top no matter how big the competition. Slayer is not the best in Starcraft anymore and not on top in Poker either, just because there are people working / playing much more but nevertheless when you will give him a new game and time he will definitely be on top of it, just because he has the creativity and right mindset to succeed. I dunno if this is private but the I met him last year in Monte Carlo for the European Poker Tour Finals and he won big 7figurish and is well set for life, furtheremore I heard his GF is pregnant so he might be a father by now. Would be amazing to see him back in Starcraft 2.

However, [pG] and ToT)( wasn't much of a rivalry at all man. I mean we're talking about totally different eras at the same time. Perhaps you meant popularity. We had a much bigger rivalry with them before the turn of the decade.

Is that fact ToT and pG merged. There wasn't any real rivalry. The only thing people would argue constantly about was what was the better team and to be frank, there were a lot of other teams that could go toe to toe with ToT any day of the week. By the time that happened the [pG] roster was antiquated. -_-
