Once upon a time, I won a Sennheiser cup. They ran two seasons of that. Each month, all the winners of the cups played in one large cup that was the monthly finals.
I got an email requesting my paypal, and I replied to it, but I have not gotten my money. I remember reading posts from other players who said that they had to "pester" and "complain" to ESL in order to get their money, so if anyone reading this has won money from ESL cups, please tell me how you did it.
I don't know who I can "pester" or where to do it.
I know it's only 50€ by the way, but right now 50€ would be really useful for me.

I hope you get your money.

They owe the money to you, and it's by no means wrong to complain when an organization fails to fulfill it's duties. It's wrong to think you can just forget a debt by staying quiet.

Not the first time ESL hasn't pay up. Not sure why people still pretend it's a legitimate league.
Did they even pay out to the CS:S teams from this news two months ago? http://www.cadred.org/News/Article/167135/

It's ESL. So good fucking luck. Best thing you can do is make a post and email Sennheiser.

Caliber and binski haven't got their $100 from the ESL 2v2 tournament back in December.

I think the only way is to actually bother them again and again via their support tickets and/or e-mail. ESL has been known to be very slow with payouts though...

All I can say is GL HF! Getting money from them is a nightmare. They took several months to pay off Gatored I know as well.

They will pay it out, it will just take a lot of time until you get it. ESL is always a bit slow on their payments.

I have gone to their "support" page and submitted support tickets. I just don't know if it's the right (most effective) place to talk to them at.
Edit: Sent another support ticket and gave them my email, and paypal. Last time (months ago) I didn't check the support ticket page for responses, I only waited for an email response (I gave them my email address). I didn't know the support page existed, but now I do. Maybe they will respond there but not by email.

They usually take very, very long time to pay their prize money. IIRC they still owe prize money for eps.uk from like 2 years ago http://www.cadred.org/News/Article/159003/
Good luck trying to get your money from them.

I thank you. I will try that if the support ticket does not work.

I think ESL still owes idra money ^^

As far as I know, ESL always pay, it just takes fucking ages. GL to you, hopefully it gets resolved soon (and you get to place where you don't desperately need €50).

How can it still not be common knowledge that ESL pays their prize money 12-36 months after you have won it?
Especially people who compete in the cups should know this.

Go to their house with a posse of shady-looking goons and start talking in a Brooklyn accent.
