Wow that was an impressive level of bathshit crazyness. I want to know what drugs he took so I can stay the hell away from those and anyone taking them. Lost a friend over this campaing (and I didnt even slander it, just said that kony was a christian and then defended myself for calling him that) so for some reson I find this amusing. On the other hand it's sad that a parent of a young child act like this.

He's ostensibly Christian, but his actions are as far removed from what Christians are supposed to behave like that it's kind of silly imo to refer to him as that. That said I've not lost any friends over this, only acquaintances lol, but it was ridiculous the strength of feeling people had over this when they had no previous knowledge of the region or the history of it!

At first I thought this was a bit humorous reading the OP and reports that he was drunk/vandalizing stuff/masturbating in public. From the looks of that TMZ video it looks like he had a mental breakdown ... which isn't really a laughing matter. I didn't really care for Invisible Children organization and they way they went about that campaign, but regardless of that hopefully this guy is ok and doesn't harm himself. Sucks he had to go through something like this in such a public manner.

You mean stoning homosexuals and invading everyone? Or were you referring to Christians that ignore 90% of the bible?

he's just trying to spread his invisible children

They don't ignore 90% of it that's an arbitrary value, plus you cannot put into practice everything that is in there because a lot of it is contradictory.

Please; for everyone's, inculding your own, sake. I don't get it. He received a minor amount of criticism and skepticism over the internet, but nothing nearly as large as his success. Yhemad?

Not to piss on your hilarious puns, but this guy has managed to achieve something. How often are people interested in African politics? When was the last time there was any kind of shame over what we allow to happen (and at times (in)directly support)? I have 13 year old nieces that have seen this and asked me about it.
The fact that he broke down or whatever it is doesn't make him deserving of mocking.

And that is why you dont do drugs kids especially if you are trying to scam the whole internet.

The real question is whether or not an employer would be justified in firing someone for their ill-advised behaviour on personal time.
Tee hee.

I wasn't looking to start that particular line of discussion bro, I'm notoriously easily bated though.
I dunno, this whole Kony thing showcases both people's capacity to care about issues, but equally their inability to contextualise or be actually informed on them. Not sure if I'm more impressed or depressed by the campaign for those reasons.
