And I will never believe that Last is better than Sea or Fanta. Stats and Bogus are getting results because they're monstrously talented players who have a great understanding of the game. I don't know how that confuses you. That's like asking "Why is Flash winning?" to a lesser extent.

But assuming what you're asking is, "What are these teams doing right?" and you're purposely ignoring that KT has God, then take your pick from any of the following: 1) They're getting the right matchups (and aren't fucking it up like CJ). Last, the TvT sniper, played 4 TvTs in a row. Hmm, I wonder. Saving your ZvZ specialist for the last set against SKT after burning through FBB? Not a coincidence. 2) They're playing the maps better. Truthfully, I'm pretty confident Light would stomp Crazy Hydra into the ground easily if the game wasn't on Outlier. The guy clearly hasn't played on it much (wouldn't expect any Terran to, honestly) if he doesn't know how to properly wall on it. But the 0-2 situation meant he had little choice but to come out, or risk facing Flash later (and you already saw how that turned out, lol fail cheese). Meanwhile, Hoejja is mining out the back minerals to run hydras into your main, because you would never expect him to do shit like that after Destination, right? ^^ 3) They don't actually suck as much as you think they do. Stats is a fantastic player, like it or not, and is impressive in all matchups. Bogus is also a great player. He just ran into a rough patch at the beginning, but is picking up his momentum again. 4) Your team relies heavily on Zergs. Zergs are just bad this season. Poor Zero

Poor Zero I agree with all points here and want to add something though it's a little off topic: so far protoss is the race that is getting most of the wins. Your protosses are underperforming and it's hard for me to name a player from Woongjin that is consistent, maybe SK is the closest one. On paper you have names but I'm not seeing anyhting right now that gives you a shot for the title. The players are not showing anything promising so far and there is nobody you can relay for ace matches and have more than 50% chance against other aces. Also your team is the most fragile when talking about weak sides in certain match ups. I hope you'll improve though I really would like to see a team with strong zerg line up once again.

http://sc.plu.cn/note/2012-01-15/38722.html Brief summary of the interview: Stats' very happy about his 6 consecutive wins and really satisfied about his game against shy. He read Shy's opening perfectly and was able to dictate the game's flow because of it, and the game went as if according to his script. He had originally prepared for Light but he didn't appear. Stats' also really ecstatic at being the leader in having the most number of wins and he feels as though he's becoming more ambitious because of his good performances. He credits flash for helping him out. He also thinks that being the protoss with the most wins is a realistic goal and he just needs to work hard and win the rest of the matches. He mentions that it is strange that he has been doing well in televised PvZs because he loses more frequently in practice. Regarding the upcoming match against STX, Stats acknowledges that the STX Terrans have been on really good form and that he'd wish to avoid them but if he does get matched up against them, he would play his best. He's very thankful towards his parents who've been supporting him all along, as well as the fans who went to cheer for him live. He hopes more people would participate in Stats' cafe (his fancafe I presume). That's about the gist of the interview, only typed out the key points so the flow is probably not smooth. The best I can do without translating it. Stats kinda resembles Flash in the photo. I smell a conspiracy...

Maybe it's just the angle of the photo shot that make him look like flash but that is Stats -_-. Thanks for the translation ^_^.
