for the record I am a huge fan of a LOT of the Metal Gear soundtracks , it saddened me to find out this is why some of the pieces of the original theme did not show up in MGS4 | ||

If you doubt it, watch this: If my memory serves, this is actually the reason Nintendo refuses to bring it over to North America. Too many legal issues.
