At the bottom of the page is a TL;DR and a flow chart of the build

The Build in General: White-ra opens with 2 base warp prism harass, transitioning into a high gateway templar based midgame, using the flexibility of his early robo for scouting, harassing, and teching to colossus as needed.
Tip: Always begin the game remembering a story of your morning, such as this one: "Me and friends go to sana, but not sana, russian sana. Very hot temperatuure inside so I go to my friends spend 3 or 4 hours maybe talk and have good time. After home sleep again, because Sana spent energy, after a little rest starting make my stream."

White-ra's opening generally begins with a standard 9 pylon, 13 gate, and 14 gas, with chrono boost being allocated to probes. A “special tactic” if you will that White-ra employes often in is opening is to send his zealot cross map while lingering with his stalker to ensure the death of a scouting SCV that would see his fast expand. After the scouting worker is killed, White-ra sends the stalker up with the zealot to pressure his enemy's ramp. So at this point you should have an unscouted expansion, 1 gate, and 1 gas.
Tip: Many people don't know it and check close position and waste time, skip close position and scout faster your enemy

Now while your nexus is building throw down two more gateway, keeping constant probe production.
Tip: If enemy try make mass marine poosh, need stalkers micro and try hold

When your robo is getting close to finishing grab your second gas and add on a fourth gate. While your warp prism is building get a nice number of stalkers (around 6-8) and begin pressuring the front of Terran's base to entice his army to chase you, if you're afraid that he will actually attack you feel free to chrono out immortals. While your stalkers are drawing the army down the ramp, warp in four zealots and load them into your prism right outside his base. Drop them in the mineral line, warping in four zealots at a time while continuing to pressure the front with stalkers.
Tip: He try and kill my stalkers and me zealots kill workers my enemy

Here's where the build varies most depending on how successful the harass is, and if it kills a lot of units vs. a lot of SCV's. First, White-ra will always get a forge, twilight council, 3 or 4 more gateways, and a third base, it is only the ordering that changes.
Tip: Use first stalker and zeelot to find number of mariners your enemy
White-ra is Looking for Enemy Mariners
If White-ra kills a lot of SCV's, but much of his enemies army is still in tact, than he braces for the counter, adding on a twilight council, and going up to 7 or 8 gateways, focusing on zealots over stalkers. If White-ra splits apart the army and kills a lot of units, but his opponent's economy is still in tact, he will get his twilight council, grab a third, and then go up to 7 or 8 gateways, teching to charge and high templar. If the harass is held off successfully, then White-ra goes for charge, his gateway add ons and then gets a third before grabbing high templar tech, using cannons to help defend drops.
Tip: Gold gives extra mineral, so cannon stop Terran drop and more and more gateways

So from here you are set up in an amazing 3 base position, you continue producing warp prisms, using archons to hold immediate pushes while teching to storm and harassing. Once storm is complete, you even have templar drops to devastate Terran pushes and mineral lines. You're also set up incredibly well for the late game, able to transition into colossus at whim or simply adding more gateways and continuing prism harass.
TL;DR: White-Ra opens 1 gate expand into 4 gates and a robo. He pokes at the front with stalkers while warping in zealots in the main. Depending on how the harass goes he transitions into charge/templar on three base, continuing warp prism usage.
