This blog is mainly to ask feedback from my viewers but feel free to give your input even if you don't watch my stream!
I've had a lot of request to get webcam for my stream and I like to please my viewers. I don't think I'm that interesting to watch =P but it would make viewer interaction more alive!
So after remembering how grubby is a boss
I've been thinking about getting 2 webcams but I want to have some feedback If you have any webcam suggestion let me know
KEYBOARD/MOUSE Grubby said he bought this one which is the one I will definitely buy if I decide to show my keyboard/mouse
Poll: Webcam for Keyboard/Mouse setupYes, I'd like to see (50) 79% Maybe but it's not a deal breaker (8) 13% No, It's pointless (5) 8% 63 total votes Your vote: Webcam for Keyboard/Mouse setup (Vote): Yes, I'd like to see (Vote): No, It's pointless (Vote): Maybe but it's not a deal breaker
Face/ Facial expression For the 2nd webcam I have no clue what to buy so I need suggestions ^_ ^
Poll: Webcam for faceYes, I'd be nice to see facial expression (41) 58% Indifferent, not a deal breaker (17) 24% No, it's creepy (13) 18% 71 total votes Your vote: Webcam for face (Vote): Yes, I'd be nice to see facial expression (Vote): No, it's creepy (Vote): Indifferent, not a deal breaker
Thanks to everyone in advance for the feedback, looking forward to see what you guys have to say about this =)

I bought the Logitech C9000, very nice camera but honestly you don't really need an expensive camera to put in your stream. I sometimes stream my silver league noob ass and I use 2 cams doing it. The one I have on my face I got for $4.95 on amazon (less than $10 with shipping) and it's fine, this one here: http://amzn.com/B0015TJNEY

I also use that lifecam, and it works great, especially if you setup a greenscreen so you have no background behind your head.
Moreso on topic, I prefer watching the hands/mouse on games like SC2 where theres a lot going on and often their face is only intently focused and concentrating on the game. If the streamer is more animated (usually in non-sc2 games) then showing their face is usually more entertaining

IMHO, a keyboard cam is more important than creepily staring at his face the whole time.

There are some compression artifacts in the beginning, nothing to do with the camera but this is from last nights stream http://www.twitch.tv/utigeim/b/297949032

A face webcam is only required if your as handsome as TLO, if not a keyboard and mouse one would more than suffice.

Keyboard cam sure, don't see why not, but I don't see much point in a face cam. Although the answers are kind of biased, I feel bad if I click "its creepy" in regards to your face... Also don't know if it is too late to change but for yes in regards to face cam you put "I'd" instead of It'd (which should be it would anyway).
