There's apparently 4 "Open" brackets, and there is 16 players coming out. So it should be 4 players from each bracket. So, Winner, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place should all make the championship bracket.
Or, better way to put it: Loser's Bracket Round 7 players and above.

Top 4 from each of the 4 open brackets advance (16 total)
4xOpen brackets #1s draws against 4x Pool play #4's
4xOpen brackets #2s draws against 4x Pool play #3's
4xOpen brackets #3s draws against 4x Pool play #2's
4xOpen brackets #4s draws against 4x Pool play #1's
