It's already a long wait. After 3 weeks of waiting, it already feels an eternity ago since the last one took place.

Congrats to Socke! too bad I wasn't able to watch any of this because of timezones...maybe I'll watch vods.

haha nice, finals rematch. hope someone steps up to challenge the champion next time. DeMusliM would be cool.

i wish there was a reccommended games thing
well, I couldn't see all games, but it was a very nice tournament as usual TB
I was particularily amazed by DDE, I mean, he's great and all, but I feel I don't see enough of him

Nice tournament again, I enjoyed the finals
I want to say again tho that I don't like that you mix in 3 players who haven't shown any impressive results lately. I totally understand that you get a shit-ton of viewers if you have Destiny, Tyler and TLO in your tournament but the quality of the games just suffers a lot and out of 8 series, 3 were totally expected one sided rapes and Destiny vs TLO was a match where the winners goes on to get destroyed 2 times in the semis and 3rd place match. Next time only one dark horse/fan favorit please
edit: Or if you have more than 1 then please make the bracket seedings based on skill so after the first round the matches are more even.

Fantastic tournament.
I hope Intricacy and TB know that the ShoutCraft Invitational series are hugely appreciated by many. And while not all the games were the best, that is not something one can control and the main thing is that something like this is actually done.
Will of course continue to watch and support this endeavour.

Destiny, Tyler, and TLO are all fantastic players, and they propose a great amount of viewers to the tournament (as you said) but if they had played their best im sure they could have made it farther in the tournament.
also, "the quality of the games" is varied based on perspective. myself, i love watching games from these three, and all the other players in this tournament for that matter.
dont go around asking tournaments to change to suit your personal opinion, instead find one that already does -_-

The only outstanding things at this event are the cast and the prize pool, everything else isnt better as a quarter final in a weekly online cup.

Hey, it was a really good tournament! The games might not have been as epic as the average game from SCI2, but that's just how the wheel turns. I'm looking forward to the SCI4, for sure.
My biggest issue with this tournament was probably with the chat room, and mind you, this is one of the best moderated chat rooms that I know of. There was still a ton of the usual 'OP this, OP that' bias which all but consumes the chat much of the time. As I understand it, the mods believes that it's practically impossible to kick/delete all of these people/messages, and if that's true then it's sad that we as a community ruins it for ourselves, I feel.
I don't feel that people understand that it's the owner of the chat room, in this case TB, that sets the standard for it, not us, and that we should respect that. Other people set a different standard for their chat, like Destiny's chat, for example. I enjoy the diversity of all of these chat rooms, mind you. I don't want them to be the same, at all. If you think a certain style of moderation is censorship then you're simply wrong - it is diversity and you know the rules beforehand. And we're all richer because of it. Do you really only want one type of chat moderation?
Anyhow, the chat doesn't ruin the actual games for me, but I'd be nice, still, to have a mosly non-spam chat room, also.
Thanks, TB, Apollo, mods, admin, agent (Intricacy), the players and all the rest that made this an enjoyable event to be part of.

You do not only give tips to the players based on their performance for this particular tournament only. There's a lot of other elements going into such a decision. How well a particular player did in it could be one of them, but so could sympathy for the hard work that TLO has put into his play lately, ect.

True, but he played very well yesterday, the tips total is not just from today. Yes he got outplayed today, but gotta take the "Bigger Picture" into account.

Great tournament the tip jars are a fantastic idea! Keep up the good work cant wait for number 4.

What's wrong with the word 'staff'? Does that imply something negative? Or just wrong context? 'Agent' should be good, though, so I'll change it to that. :p

I guess the amount it is higher by is what astounds me more than it is simply the highest but it's not a big deal anyway.
There is this saying: If you want people to like you, try being successful. If you want people to hate you, actually be successful.
People can also like his personality, his creativity, his background, ...
I see no reason why tips should go even with performance. That's what the prize money is for.

Tips are entirely the personal choice of the donor and no reasons need to be given.

How can you talk about the bigger picture but not realize that you are missing the bigger picture, which is more than just the results he posted. The tips are merely an easy way of people supporting the players that they like. It doesn't have to be based off their results (though it may be), but it can instead be based off his personality, the creativity he showed in game, etc.
If it were based on how well they played, how would that be any different than simply raising the prize pool and giving the players who got further even more money... I don't see your logic. On top of that, what do you even suggest they do? Force people who want to donate to TLO (because he is their favorite player, or whatever other reason) to instead tip another player? It makes no sense. I guess you wanted people to say "well I like TLO, but I will give my money to DDE since he got further but isn't getting tipped as much"?
