As part of the $1200 Neolution SEA Nation Wars we will see Australia take on Taiwan in round one of the group stage of the competition. With Australia being the dominant force on the SEA server, Taiwan having their own televised league and players from both countries playing at a high international level this match should be one of the highlights of the entire tournament. This clash between Asia and Oceania deserves some attention and I hope to see a lot of viewers tune in to kick off the SEA Nation War season!
The rosters feature some of the best talent from Australia including players such as mOOnGLaDe, Azz, tgun and YoonYJ up against some Taiwan superstars and TeSL ace players in Sen and SoftBall. The format is Best-of-Three, losers picking the maps.
Australia and Taiwan share a group with New Zealand and the Philippines, while Group A sees China, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia fight for a place in the elimination rounds. See the links below to follow the rest of the tournament as many of the matches will be cast live!

Wow this will be a very interesting tournament. It will be interesting to see two servers which don't get as much recognition as the others battle it out.

This is gonna be sick! Taiwan fighting!!

I love how it's just a bunch of randoms (except Moonglade) with an absolute beast (Sen) thrown in. xD
Go go Australia! I'm just glad it isn't GSTL format or Sen would all-kill. ^^
Also, I saw deth at a tournament once, so just for that reason I hope he wins his game. =P

awesome! gl to australia!

Azz used to be on VT gaming, deth and EdgE are consistently in GM on NA, YoonYJ has taken a lot of games off Korean pros in various tournaments!
And of course anyone following the TeSL will recognise almost all of the names on the TW roster - they sent out a very strong team based on TeSL form!

I expect upset. Luway over Moonglade.

Damn, well, I look forward to seeing how they do. xD
I should probably follow the SEA scene more, living there and all. >.>

GLaDe against a Protoss, that makes me .
What makes me sadder is that even though I knew that iaguz was a substitute, I still hoped he'd be playing...
EDIT: and he's playing a girl! Oh no, Del was right, GLaDe will need Kelly reminding him to not be courteous here...

GLaDe vs Protoss is generally pretty good from what I've seen. Glade has an exceptional mental list of timings and subtle reads and ques he takes from ZvP and usually turns them into an 8,000 food advantage midgame. And last time I saw Luway play (admittedly like 6 months ago, haha) she researched +1 air attack for her observers and died to 2 of Oxygens Ravens.
Oh, and that's iM`YoonYJ, not aLt. He's technically in aLt but it's sort of a stretch, lol, should really be iM`.
and yeah, we'll see if anyone decides not to show, eh bobble?

hmm, well, you'd know better than me man, but I've always liked GLaDe's style against T and Z more than P. But he's still boss, so I'm not expecting him to lose at all.
But yeah iaguz, hope you get to play man, would be great to see.
