It also doesn't work on the current patch so you'd have to use 7x patcher and everything.

The EF program I am sure... here it is. http://download.yousendit.com/34A0A0DB02489603 Worthy of note, it has been sitting on my external harddrive for over two years, and I really have no idea how to use it.

Quick example guide to use: 1) Start it, click on the little introduction screen 2) Click "goal" in the left box -> combat units -> click "space marine" 8 times 3) Click "goal" -> support units -> click medic 2 times 4) Click "continue" in the top right 5) Wait a while, if you want, you can click "advanced" in the top left to see details of how it is reasoning about the fastest way to make the things you set as the goals for the build. 6) After it improves the build to the point it can't find a faster way, it'll ask you if you want to save it. If you click yes, then you'll get a web page you can look at. So I'm saving it as bo-8rine2meds, and the result is in "output\\bos\\Terra\\bo-8rine2meds.html". If you open that file, it will show you the instructions to execute that build. 7) It will then start again, trying to generate another build that matches the goals - if you want to change the goals, then do so and click "restart" at the far right afterwards. Note that it works by starting with a totally random build order and improving it gradually, so it will look insane for a while (rax, rax, rax, cc, cc, cc, cc, rax was what I started with), but it will get better quickly. It doesn't consider anything other than the fastest time to build the particular goals, so it's not really useful to make "real" build orders at the moment, but I think it will give 'correct' answers for what it actually does. I think it's more intersting as an experiment than an actual tool, but it makes you wonder what could happen if humans used a similar tool to test builds - it would be much quicker than actually playing out the BO to check if a certain thing was right.
