Korean journalist Ethan Ahn reports that Azubu will shut down its Korean eSports division. AzubuTV however will still function.
At the time, only SuperNoVa and BBoongBBoong remain as active players on the roster. The majority of the team's players had already been released or had left beforehand.
Despite the media and public backlash the team in itself has lasted longer than what most people predicted
Supernova is going to get picked up so quickly imo I wouldn't be worried. Not so sure about B4 though. Then again I thought Symbol would be picked up almost instantly as well
I hope Symbol, Ragnarok, and Supernova come to SPL. I'd like to hope to IM, but I doubt that's happening now. It's either original Kespa teams or foreign I'd say.
With the mass exodus of players spanning a good few months was to be expected. Honestly wouldn't be all that surprised to see azubutv shutdown in the near future too.
