Played nada, he ruled out signal, i ruled out crusader. Map picked was nightlight, roads of antiga and king of abyss.

Night light i had a nice little proxy robo cheese build going, i saw him going for a rush and knew i had it won! The reaver went in his scvs scattered and his CC lifted off like the little whimp it was.

Now back at my base, i had 4 goons on the ramp, 1 zeal 1 goon building, he attacked with like 5 or so vults and 3 tanks. I thought i would be fine, but SOMEHOW ran 3 goons into 1 mine when iwas trying to just send 1 to take it out. So then i had 1 full health and 2 pansy low health goons left and they died fast, i brought my reaver back just in time to save my base, and kill off his last units, but i hadn't actually killed too many of his scvs. Followed up with a dble reaver drop and it killed 1 tank 2 vults and died to the last tank T_T he then had a bigger econ and a short while later it was GG

2nd game was on an evil roads to antiga map. I went 2 gate multi to minerals, 3 gate obs to 5 gate then multi again. He attacked just as my multi was up i had about 18 speed zeals and 8 goons, and somehow i lost everything to his puny little army that map hacker. So yeah i held it off and ended up with a carrier or two but in the end he had most of the map and it was over.

Its a pity too as i was pretty sure my art cheese on king of abyss map was a sure win, and i'm disappointed with my first game where i think i had it. But oh well thats 3 months no gaming for me (what a suck out excuse!)

Anyway after the match i wanted nal_ra to use my secret zealot jumping build on abyss and so i kidnapped him and sat him down on a comp and showed him (the koreans had done NO practice (which makes it look worse for the foreigners!) they had only seen the maps the day before so they hadn't practiced on them - so i thought i'd give him a nice build for it, to get some revenge !) Unfortunately he lost 2-0 and didn't go to the third map OR it was ruled out i'm not sure. So noone saw my art build

I am HOPING to get ALL of the sc players into a jousting tournament (helmets + soft polls standing on a raised platform hitting each other trying to knock them off) and if we do i'll try and do it in the same format as what the groupings were so i can RAPE nada~!hoho

My games vs mondragon went as expected fortunately i won a match vs him, and as you know i wasn't expecting to do well here and was just hoping to win at least one game, so that made my day!

Testie and assem took bloody ages to finish their games, i think they are both big turtles!!! (i didn't see most of it as i was challenging these other ppl in the jousting game, ended up taking down the 10x champion then winning around 8-9 before i quit from being exhausted (and a kinked neck that the little shits kept aiming for!)

There is a rock climbing thing which i failed at horrible, tis just an air blow up thing and i'm a fat little giant so i couldn't get a grip on the little air/rubber footholds they just fell away under me.

Big ghost area where you can play ghost, see different game cut scenes and demos (GHOST looks pretty darn good - as do the sc cut scenes in it!) WOW Expansion area, WOW battleground tournament. Big blizzard art area to look at pics and stuff. Things to buy, stuff to see, its a pretty massive arena you lot will see pics soon enough i guess.

So Koreans all in top 4 if testie loses vs ra. Mondragon was lucky with 3x zvp in a row! he took a game off of reach which was impressive.


Oh yeah the other day we did a tour of blizzards headquarters and a bit of the hollywood area. Was nice, we tried to break into the off limits NEW GAME under development area but we fell into the trapfloors and other tricks they have to keep ppl out. (mondragon latched onto one of the developers legs like a little zergling grabbing a juicy steak, they only got him off by throwing soda cans at him.) But it was all to no avail as we didn't find out anything: (

Oh on a side note, we on the hollywood trip we all went to one of the hooters bar and nal_ra (especially) along with the other koreans (except nada as he arrived a day late) loved seeing the white chicks in little clothes flirting. Apparently if that happens in korea they get fired. It was funny watching nal_ra go googly eyed at her
