A big part of this game is keeping an eye on the claims. Only certain setups are going to be possible, which limits what scum are able to successfully fake-claim.

But it's balanced taking the SK into account - the game-type came packaged balanced, who did you need help 'balancing' from?

But you're removing an aspect that is already factored into balancing that setup Bugs. The SK even has built-in balance elements (1-shot bulletproof/investigation immune). It's in 50% of the possible setups...it's supposed to be there.

Like, it ceases to be C9++. Plus because the kills are designed to be indistinguishable, it really actually helps to HIDE scum because when there are 2 kills town know they have to SK hunt at some point.

I don't want to hear a word about policy lynching a hydra for being a hydra. If you must talk about policy lynching, I prefer to hear arguments for policy lynching inactives as lurking is a very viable mafia strategy.
